Unlike most competitors, we have always repaired and refurbished our products, and we always will. Each month, our craftpeople set aside time to carefully restore items, whatever their age or condition, through our unique refurbishment service.
Repairing is at the heart of our philosophy. It keeps our products in use for longer, reduces waste, and reflects a belief we have held since 1905: true quality is timeless.
THOUGHTFULLY CRAFTED
Every Barber Wilsons product is made in the UK from lead-free solid brass. All the brass we use is already recycled, and any offcuts or shavings (swarf) from production are collected and reused. Even our sample discs are made from reclaimed material from our shower valves, giving new life to what would otherwise be waste.
Each product is made to order, eliminating surplus and reducing unnecessary waste. From start to finish, our skilled craftpeople hand-finish every piece, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality while keeping sustainability at the heart of the process.
ALWAYS IMPROVING
We're continually striving to reduce our environmental footprint. By the end of 2025, all our packaging will be 100% recyclable, and our delivery vehicles will be fully electric. We're also exploring more energy-efficient lighting solutions and other ways to enhance our sustainability efforts. It's a journey we're committed to, ensuring that every step we take is towards a greener future
